Each year we award a cycling skills, and racecraft coaching scholarship to an athlete. This vintage of the scholarship, we decided to mix things up and have awarded two skills coaching scholarships.
The newest recipient of our scholarship is: winner of the 2022 Tour Down Under Ruby Roseman-Gannon, the second recipient is Grace Brown who continues on her scholarship program with coach Pat Fitzpatrick. Both Grace and Ruby are impressive on and off the bike, they are wonderful role models and superb athletes.
We’re confident Grace and Ruby will continue to grow, improve, and do wonderful things in the cycling world, inspiring generations of women to come and excel professionally off the bike.
Grace and Ruby are early adapters in everything in life, including being at the forefront of their approach to professional cycling. They understand the benefits of building their racecraft, skills and efficiency on the bike in parallel to their physical performance.
We are proud to assist Ruby and Grace to keep fine-tuning their journey and to support women’s cycling in general, it’s in our DNA. We have over 110 years of continuous competitive cycling in the Ride International family, the matriarch of our passionate cycling family “Lilly Ruffle” RIP (Uk/Aus) championed our love for all things cycling and encouraged us to help where we can to make cycling the greatest sport in the world.
God speed to Grace and Ruby for season 2022, starting with their Spring Classics campaigns 🤝🏁
